Introduction

A Club Official Training Seminar was organized by Zone V on 13th August 2022 at Bhageswari Campus, Dhangadhi. The main Purpose of this event was to teach interactors from various club about club functioning and their different roles in club. It was a service-oriented event which was very well planned. Every member from various interact club joined this event in order to increase their work efficiency and knowledge about Interact.

Event Preview

A Club Official Training Seminar was organized by Zone V on 13th August 2022 at Bhageswari Campus, Dhangadhi. The main Purpose of this event was to teach interactors from various club about club functioning and their different roles in club. It was a service-oriented event which was very well planned. Every member from various interact club joined this event in order to increase their work efficiency and knowledge about Interact.

Event Review

The Event was started at 4pm and ended at 6:30 pm. All the participant were very happy to join Club official training Seminar (COTS) as they were learning something new and exciting. All participant seats were arranged by volunteers so that they can interact with other members of various interact Club.

The Team of 4 Trainer gave training to the participants in a sequence where each trainer taught participants various thing about Rotary and Interact. Each trainer taught them specific topic and in a very fun and amusing way.

 

Itr. Rujul Bhatta taught them about Rotary international while playing a little quiz in break. Itr. Lochan Joshi taught them about Rotary symbol meaning and basic info about interact. Itr. Sheetal Thakur taught them about Interact District and gave different interact various hypothetical situation and asked them how to deal with them while explaining proper way to deal with it. Itr. Avash Basnet taught the participant about various roles and of different board of directors as well as member.

After 2 session there was a break where participant can enjoy delicious snack which was provided in canteen. Every participantwas able to enjoy meal and after finishing the meal everyone joined the seminar.

Before the end of Seminar participants were entertained by a small game where they divided the whole participants into 7 different group asking one of them being representative while other being member. Each group consist of various number of participants and each group were asked to make a hypothetical event mainly focusing on international level while no limit to budget. The total time Limit given to all of the groups were 15 min. Every group discussed in that mean time while everyone was able discuss about the event that they were willing to do. After given time was over every participant showed plan of their hypothetical event Infront of trainers and everyone. After the event planning was displayed then any member can ask any doubt of regarding that event while event planner was asked to tackle those question. Participants who had best event with little to the less flaws and answered each question with appropriate question were awarded too.

After this small game a small introduction to roles of every board of directors and members were given in order to revise all things that were taught in that seminar.

Conclusion

As the end of event was approaching, there was a sense of satisfaction on the faces of all the participants as they were able to learn something new in an amusing way. The organizing team appreciated volunteers and participants who helped to make this event a huge success.

Dear fellow Interactors,
I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Itr. Itr. Beepin Subedi and the entire team on the successful completion of a remarkable year filled with the power of selfdiscovery and exploration.

In harmony with Rotary International President Rtn. Gordon R. McInally’s theme of ‘CreateHope in the World’ and Interact District’s theme ‘Interact For Impact’, I am filled with optimismto have seen dedicated leaders embark on the noble path of service, creating a milestone impact. Every single Rotarian, Rotaractor, and Interactor is to be equally thanked and praised for how far the interact movement has come. By embracing opportunities, leading by example, and fostering fellowship, I am confident that the Interact movement has flourished magnificently, serving as a source of inspiration and cherished lifelong experiences.

The accomplishments of District 3292 in the past years have been truly inspiring and noteworthy. Through impactful service projects and active involvement, District 3292 consistently strives to make a positive difference, setting a remarkable example of what Interact stands for. Looking ahead, I firmly believe that Interact District 3292 and the entire Interact movement will continue to prosper and have profound significance.

This year, I am sure to see the same enthusiasm and leadership and its impact on the entire Interact movement. I strongly encourage all the Interactors to wholeheartedly embrace the new challenges and opportunities that await them with an open mind and a positive outlook. I urge Interact clubs to continue their tradition of excellence and strive for an even greater impact. The dedication and devotion showcased by Interactors should not be limited to a confined space; rather, it should transcend boundaries and create a significant impact on communities and the whole Interact Movement.

I would like to once again extend my warm regards to everyone who enthusiastically geared up to strengthen the roots of the Interact movement. I feel immense pleasure for getting an opportunity to express my views and happiness through this club Souvenir of RY 2023-2024. This Souvenir is one of the important documents and covers the information. I hope this Souvenir will definitely give more information about the team members to make strong coordination and communication to make better world.
Rotary International President of RY 2023-2024, R. Gordon R. McInally called for members to capture the world's attention and lead the way toward possibilities far beyond our current expectations. McInally, revealed the 2023- 24 presidential theme “Create Hope in the World”. He urged members to promote peace in troubled nations, help those affected by conflict, and maintain the momentum of initiatives begun by past leaders.
We must understand that we engage ourselves in service projects for the poor and needy communities and we can change the lives of those who are suffering.
