Drishya was an art exhibition curated to interweave all forms of art, incorporating the work of experienced artists as well as providing a platform to the aspiring ones. In order to convey human nature and inner philosophies through different forms of art, this event was created. ‘Romance of Freedom’ was wished to be conveyed through this exhibition. It was a service and leadership building oriented event which was led by Itr. Nischal Dhakal as Event Chair and itr. Sumana Bajracharya as Co-Event Chair.

The project “Drishya” was successfully conducted by the Interact Club of Yala where, the interactors of the club along with Mr. K K Karmacharya, Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts as a chief guest and the visitors learned the importance and various patterns of art. On the first day, an inauguration ceremony officially started the exhibition which went on for the following day as well. With around 270 visitors on the first day and more than 450 visitors on the second day of the exhibition, more than eight arts of different artists was sold. Media coverage from Galaxy News and Nepal TV helped the event reach to wider audiences.
Overall, the event was astonishing. Each one of the organizing committee were proud and satisfied with the event. Not only did it meet the target but it also benefitted all of the individuals and organizations directly or indirectly related to the event. By the completion of this event, the club is hoping to do even more better projects. Not only were the members and artists pleased but the visitors were also proud of the young aspiring youth which in return made all of the involved parties more proud.
