Project summary:
March is Women’s history month and the Interact Club of Little Angels’ School wanted to highlight women’s work and achievements that would not have been credited otherwise because of lack of acknowledgment and work towards women’s work. The six interactors volunteered as writers for the event.
During Women’s History Month, a social media event was organized to celebrate and amplify the voices of women. The event aimed to raise awareness about the contributions and achievements of women throughout history. It featured various activities such as posting inspiring stories, sharing quotes, and highlighting influential women from diverse backgrounds, in a month we told 12 stories that included from all backgrounds. Participants actively engaged by sharing personal experiences, expressing gratitude towards women who have made a difference in their lives, and promoting gender equality. The post included a brief history of those figures we celebrated and their work. The event also facilitated discussions on important issues like women’s
rights, representation, and empowerment. Through the power of social media, this event created a platform for women’s stories to be heard, encouraged dialogue, and inspired a sense of unity among participants.
Conclusion:
Overall, this event was a success, even being shared on the Interact district’s Instagram page during the period of the event. Many stories of under-rated women who have accomplished so much for the development of society were shared among the about
computer-estimated rich of 19th hundred people.
