Project summary:
Since, it was the end of World Interact Week, the club wanted to reflect on themselves and their mental health and future. Hence, the event chair grasped the idea of inviting out guest speaker Ms. Rachel Baniya (Mental Health Advocate/ Personal Growth Educator based in Phillipians) to have a session with Interactors of Interact Club of St. Xavier’s School Jawalakhel. The event was successful with more than 60 participants who were indulged with amazing talk by the guest and the response was immaculate with multiple queries and discussion on certain topics. The guest speaker faced some technical issues but the participants did not leave and stayed which made the speaker appreciate the audience of the club. The interactors felt like they now had a sense of knowledge regarding how to keep mental health in priority and work for career development with persistence. In conclusion, the event was helpful to everyone in every wat at this stage of life.
Conclusion: After all the effort from all our volunteers and performers MITHAK was a big success that ended with smiles and praises from a lot of the attendees and the guests.
