Introduction:
Introduction: In order to celebrate then international human rights day, Interact Club Of Alliance Downtown organized an event named “iadal” on 10th December 2022 in order to explore the aura of humanity. The main aim of the event was to know the current situation of homeless and jobless people and the physically disabled people staying In Nepal Apanga Ashram and to provide them with the warm clothes collected in collaboration with different members of the club also the juices and foods.
Objectives:
1. To celebrate the International Human Rights Day. 2. To know the difficult living style of disabled and homeless people. 3. To help the homeless and jobless people with the clothes and food items.
Project summary:
- The event was started at 8 AM and the participating members met in Rangasala ground and collected the used but wearable clothes of their own or their family members. Moreover, they also collected Rs.100 from each members in order to buy some foods, fruits and juices. Firstly, the homeless, jobless and poor people living in temporary tents in Rangasala, Devinagar area were given the foods and suitable clothes for the winter Then The remaining Clothes and food items were taken to the Nepal Apanga Ashram were physically disabled people were living without their own family. Then the remaining food and wearable items were donated the the managers of Nepal Apanga Ashram. And all the members got an opportunity to share the valuable time. their thoughts and friendship with the innocent souls and they were able to bring happiness in thor faces.
Conclusion: Conclusion: To conclude, Interact Club of Alliance Downtown celebrated the International Human Rights Day organizing a Project “-i-dai” to represent the humanity and to provide the homeless, jobless and disabled ones with the warm clothes, fruits and juices. Even the even was planned 2 days prior it met the target. Various fruitful and life learning lessons were learned through this project.
