Introduction:
On 5th August 2022, our parent Rotary Club Of Butwal Downtown organized a cleaniness program knowing the importance of environment and surrounding around hospital which affects the patients directly. The campaign started at 7 AM on the auspicious presence of Mayor of Butwal Sub-metropolitan city. More than 100 volunteers were present including Nepal Army. At about 9:30AM plantation program was successfully completed and breakfast was provided to all the participants.
Objectives:
- To clean the Rotary Garden in Amda Hospital
- To make people aware about the pollution
Project summary:
The project was effectively completed on 5th August on the occasion of 903th regular meeting of Rotary Club Of Butwal Downtown. It was done in the presence of Nepal Army, Interactors, Rotaractors, Rotarians and Butwal Sub-metropolitan city’s Mayor. The cleaning Campaign was formally started by Rotary Club Of Butwal Downtown followed by the speech of Butwal’s Mayor Khel Raj Pandey. Then with the support of Nepal Army, Rotarians, Rotaractors and interactors the campaign was successfully completed.
Conclusion:
To conclude Cleaniness Campaign was successfully organized and it met almost all the targets set for that day . The major benefit of this project is that made people aware and the hospitan premises became clean along with Road Dividers. Moreover, Interact Club Of Alliance Downtown got a golden opportunity to collaborate with Nepal Army, Rotary, Rotaract and Innerwheel clubs.
