Project: Sprout, a new bud 2.0 is the continuation of the Project: Sprout, a new
bud which was first organized back in 15 July, 2022. It is an orientation session
which was conducted in order to aware the students about Interact and Rotary
International as well as an effort to increase their interest in Interact. The
theme of the project, Membership Growth was kept in mind when executing the
orientation session.

Introduction:
Project: Sprout, a new bud 2.0 is the continuation of the Project: Sprout, a new
bud which was first organized back in 15 July, 2022. It is an orientation session
which was conducted in order to aware the students about Interact and Rotary
International as well as an effort to increase their interest in Interact. The
theme of the project, Membership Growth was kept in mind when executing the
orientation session.
Objectives:
1. Increasing the participation of students in Interact Club.
2. Sharing the benefits of joining the club.
3.Increasing the membership of the Interact Club of Chelsea
International Academy
4.Making the students aware about how everything functions in Interact
Clubs.
5. Making the students understand more about ICCIA, our zone as well as
our district- Interact District 3292 Nepal & Bhutan.
Project summary:
The orientation session started at 1:00 pm with the attendance of newly
admitted 25 students of Vidhya Sanskar College which is undertaken by
Chelsea International Academy. The session started with the board members
Itr. Prashna Rai, Itr. Aayushma Ghimire, Itr. Bhawana Goit and Itr. Grace
Rasaily introducing themselves and sharing their experience of joining the club
individiually. The legacy projects of our clubs and our future projects were
mentioned. The information about Interact District 3292- Nepal & Bhutan as
well as Rotary International was also mentioned. The benefits of joining the
clubs as well as the opportunity Interact provides were also shared with the
attendees. The session ended at 1:45 pm after all the queries of the attendees
were answered.
Conclusion:
The project was successful as we were able to introduce a lot of students about
Interact clubs as well as the concept of Rotaract, Zone, and District as well as
Sponsory clubs. The project brought in some members to the club as well as
which increased the member of Interact Club of Chelsea International Academy
as well as increased the fund of the club.
