Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, Panauti celebrated World Interact Week
through fellowship from 31st October to 6th November. We completed altogether 7
different projects regarding this year’s interact themes of each day.

Theme:  Celebrating the Interact week with Rotary’s seven areas of focus

Description

Introduction: 

Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, Panauti celebrated World Interact Week through fellowship from 31st October to 6th November. We completed altogether 7
different projects regarding this year’s interact themes of each day.

Objectives:

World Interact Week is an excellent opportunity for clubs to publicize, promote, and inform the community about the great work accomplished by its members. Clubs should encourage community members to get involved with Interact projects.

Project summary:

Day 1, 31st October
Theme: Water and Sanitation
On this day, we conducted our first program on health sanitation, teaching juniors how to be bacteria free and teaching hand washing methods. Class 1 Students were trained by class 9 Interactors about hand sanitation.

Day 2, 1st November
Theme: Peace and conflict
we conducted a program on peace & conflict, making students show there artistic talent & skills. Students from Class 8, 9 & 10 worked together to make awareness posters against conflict & positive messages for peace.

Day 3, 2nd November
Theme : Disease & Prevention
We Interactors from class 8 to 12 conducted a program on disease & its prevention, making students write on different diseases & its preventive measures in order to uplift there general knowledge, artistic talent & skills. Prevention about different diseases were taught to junior classes as well.

Day 4, 3rd November
Theme : Environment
On this day, Interactors from class 8 & 9 organized a sanitation program on environment i.e. sanitation around tap areas, school areas, gardens etc. & taught juniors from class 1 to 5 about the importance of clean environment i.e. preservation of nature & there methods.

Day 5, 4th November
Theme: Maternal & Child Health
On this day, Interactors from class 7 created a beautiful presentation on a poster describing about child health & breast feeding. There presentations were shown to the students of class 7, 8, 9 & 10.

Day 6, 5th November
Theme: Basic Education and Literacy
On this day, Interactors gathered community people i.e. old age people of school nearer places who don’t know much about basic education & literacy. They were taught basic education as well as literacy for an hour such as writing our own contact number, name, address, doing simple signatures, Nepali & English alphabets & others.

Day 7, 6th November
Theme : Economic and community development
On this day, Interact Club of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, Panauti collaborated with Rotaract Club of Panauti & took a session of an hour on economic and community development for class 9 & 10 students.

so, these were the programs handled by ICSVI for World Interact Week 2022.

Dear fellow Interactors,
I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Itr. Itr. Beepin Subedi and the entire team on the successful completion of a remarkable year filled with the power of selfdiscovery and exploration.

In harmony with Rotary International President Rtn. Gordon R. McInally’s theme of ‘CreateHope in the World’ and Interact District’s theme ‘Interact For Impact’, I am filled with optimismto have seen dedicated leaders embark on the noble path of service, creating a milestone impact. Every single Rotarian, Rotaractor, and Interactor is to be equally thanked and praised for how far the interact movement has come. By embracing opportunities, leading by example, and fostering fellowship, I am confident that the Interact movement has flourished magnificently, serving as a source of inspiration and cherished lifelong experiences.

The accomplishments of District 3292 in the past years have been truly inspiring and noteworthy. Through impactful service projects and active involvement, District 3292 consistently strives to make a positive difference, setting a remarkable example of what Interact stands for. Looking ahead, I firmly believe that Interact District 3292 and the entire Interact movement will continue to prosper and have profound significance.

This year, I am sure to see the same enthusiasm and leadership and its impact on the entire Interact movement. I strongly encourage all the Interactors to wholeheartedly embrace the new challenges and opportunities that await them with an open mind and a positive outlook. I urge Interact clubs to continue their tradition of excellence and strive for an even greater impact. The dedication and devotion showcased by Interactors should not be limited to a confined space; rather, it should transcend boundaries and create a significant impact on communities and the whole Interact Movement.

I feel immense pleasure for getting an opportunity to express my views and happiness through this club Souvenir of RY 2023-2024. This Souvenir is one of the important documents and covers the information. I hope this Souvenir will definitely give more information about the team members to make strong coordination and communication to make better world.
Rotary International President of RY 2023-2024, R. Gordon R. McInally called for members to capture the world's attention and lead the way toward possibilities far beyond our current expectations. McInally, revealed the 2023- 24 presidential theme “Create Hope in the World”. He urged members to promote peace in troubled nations, help those affected by conflict, and maintain the momentum of initiatives begun by past leaders.
We must understand that we engage ourselves in service projects for the poor and needy communities and we can change the lives of those who are suffering.
