Location: Virtually

Individual Project.

We, the Interact Club of Valmiki, celebrated the third day of World Interact Week with the theme, “Disease, Prevention and Treatment” on November 2nd through a digital platform. Today’s most concerning topic is dengue, so it’s our small step to spread awareness about dengue. Dengue is a viral infection mainly caused by the bite of an infected mosquito. With the objective of reducing the spread of dengue, we have made awareness pamphlets with important information regarding the dengue. We hope that our small step can benefit in the awareness of dengue.

Day 4

Theme: “Environment”

Date: 3rd November, 2022

Location: Home

Individual Project.

We, the Interact Club of Valmiki successfully completed our fourth theme, “Environment” on November 3rd. The environment plays an important role in healthy living and the existence of life on Earth. It is also our home, so as to conserve its quality, we have planted different plants at home and initiated our steps to maintain the purity of the environment. We Interactors each planted a plant in our own home which will positively impact the environment and its preservation.

Day 5

Theme: “Maternal and Child Health”

Date: 4th November, 2022

Location: Virtually

Individual Project.

We, the Interact Club of Valmiki, completed our fifth theme, “Maternal and Child Health” through a digital platform. We prepared awareness pamphlets that mainly focus on maternal and child health. In order to give a healthy life, we should take proper care of both mother and child. Maternal and child health care is important to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality due to pregnancy and childbirth. With the objective of making people aware of the significance of maternal and child health, we have made awareness pamphlets mentioning the information regarding maternal and child health. We believe this will be a little help on awaring people on this specific topic.

Day 6

Theme: “Basic Education and Literacy”

Date: 5th November, 2022

Location: Aadarsha Griha Ashram

Hosted.

Individual Project.

We, the Interact Club of Valmiki, accomplished our sixth theme, “Basic Education and Literacy,” on November 5th. Education is a tool that improves one’s knowledge and skills and develops one’s personality and attitude. By considering the importance of education and literacy, We donated stationery items such as copies, pens and geometric materials to the Aadarsha Griha Ashram. Moreover, we got the opportunity to interact with little brothers and sisters.

Day 7

Theme: “Economic and Community Development”

Date: 6th November, 2022

Location: Virtually

Individual Project.

We, the Interact Club of Valmiki, celebrated our seventh theme, “Economic and Community Development” on November 6th through a digital platform. Economic and community development refers to the programs or activities that seek to improve the economic well-being and quality of life in a community. So, those policies should be sustainable, and we must make the link between community and economic development to ensure the survival of our communities nationwide. Knowing this facts, we made these awareness pamphlets on economic and community development including its introduction and its pros and cons.

Feedbacks:

We have completed projects on different themes each day in these seven days. We developed our knowledge on Interact while discovering the power of service above self.

Conclusion: We celebrated World Interact Week successfully with active participation in all the themes. It was an amazing week full of exploring and learning.

Dear Presidents and Interactors,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you and your district team for RY 2023-24 and would like to offer my best wishes to you, your dream team and all the members of your district and club for a successful tenure.
I feel immense pleasure for getting an opportunity to express my views and happiness through this club Souvenir of RY 2023-2024. This Souvenir is one of the important documents and covers the information. I hope this Souvenir will definitely give more information about the team members to make strong coordination and communication to make better world.
Rotary International President of RY 2023-2024, R. Gordon R. McInally called for members to capture the world's attention and lead the way toward possibilities far beyond our current expectations. McInally, revealed the 2023- 24 presidential theme “Create Hope in the World”. He urged members to promote peace in troubled nations, help those affected by conflict, and maintain the momentum of initiatives begun by past leaders.
We must understand that we engage ourselves in service projects for the poor and needy communities and we can change the lives of those who are suffering. Rotary leadership, despite the fact that lasts only for one year, can be life changing if we can use the potential of our team and members of the club.
The theme of RI District 3292 for Rota Year 2023-24 is “Light of Hope”. Hope your club will go out all the way to achieve the RI Theme "CREATE
HOPE IN The WORLD"

With regards,

Rajendra Prasad Dhoju
