Introduction
The training commenced from 12:00 pm after the seating of the guests and the Zonal Interact Representative. After the formal programs, the trainees were separated to two groups, one containing President, Secretary and the Treasurer and the other containing the remaining board members and the members of the clubs. The trainers for the first group were Rtr. Abhishek Acharya, Itr. Bipin Subedi, and Itr. Aarushka Kattel. Similarly, for the second group, Itr. Himal Acharya and Itr. Biplob Thapa were the trainers. The training started from 12:30pm and ended on 4:00 pm and throughout the training, the trainees were able to learn about the basics of interact, roles and responsibilities of various dignitaries of the club and along with that, they were able to learn about the true essence of being an interactor along with many more interesting and handy lessons
In summary, Zone 6, 7, and 8 were successful at organizing ALTS for the active clubs around the participating zones and provide them with all of the necessary information and skills. As a result of this training seminar, the participants felt more connected to themselves, with each other as well as to the stakeholders around them, such as Rotary Rotaract, and Interact District.
